Senior Test Analysts / Test Team Leaders / Test Analysts SYDNEY and CANBERRA

IV&V Australia are seeking “stand-out” software testing professionals for our Sydney and Canberra offices, who can lead a team or work as independent testers with limited supervision.
To be the successful candidate:
- You are a motivated self starter
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong analysis skills
- You have strong leadership / team coordination skills (for senior roles)
- You can take ownership of a testing task and see it through to completion
- You have demonstrated experience with systematic test processes, and know how to apply risk-based testing techniques
Mandatory criteria:
- 7+ years experience as a software tester on IT applications development projects for Senior / Lead roles, 2+ years experience for Test Analyst roles
- Demonstrated experience with analysing business requirements to develop test cases using appropriate test techniques
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating the activities of a test team, for senior roles leader
Desirable criteria:
- Experience working on large projects
- Experience working in a technical application environment
- Experience with test tools, including the HP Suite (Quality Centre and others)
- Formal certification such as ISTQB, ISEB, CSTE, CSTP or other acceptable standards
- Experience in implementing Test Automation solutions
- Security clearance or citizenship
